A SHARED LANGUAGE FOR THE TEAM
The creator operations glossary.
Plain-English definitions for the work around OFM, Instagram and a growing creator roster.
- OFM
- OnlyFans management: services a manager or agency provides to a creator under an agreed scope. The label can cover different responsibilities; it does not describe one standardized package.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Creator roster
- The group of creators an agency manages. A useful roster connects each creator to exact account handles, responsibilities and current work.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Content pillar
- A recurring subject that organizes a creator’s public content. It is different from a format such as a Reel or a carousel.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Content brief
- The instructions for a specific piece of content: its premise, audience, footage, boundaries, review owner and intended publication context.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Reel hook
- The opening visual, line or action that establishes why a viewer should continue watching a Reel.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Batch filming
- Producing several planned clips in one organized session, usually grouped by location and setup to reduce repeated work.

- Content that remains useful beyond a particular date or event. Approved evergreen assets can help a team handle gaps in a calendar.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Content repurposing
- Creating a useful new edit or format from authorized source material, with a distinct purpose rather than simply uploading the same post again.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Publishing queue
- The set of posts awaiting a future publishing action. Being in a queue is not confirmation that a post has been published.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Professional account
- An Instagram Business or Creator account, subject to the eligibility and permissions required by the integration being used.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Reach
- A metric describing unique accounts reached for the supported reporting context. It should not be treated as interchangeable with views.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Views
- A platform-defined count of content consumption. Repeat viewing and the exact media context can make it different from unique reach.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Engagement rate
- A calculated ratio between selected interactions and a stated denominator, such as reach or followers. Name both parts to make comparisons meaningful.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Attribution
- The method used to connect an outcome with a preceding touchpoint. Observing a Reel and a subscription in the same period does not by itself prove causation.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Observation window
- The period used to measure a post’s results. Comparable windows reduce the mistake of comparing a new post with one that has circulated much longer.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Creator onboarding
- The initial process of agreeing responsibilities, connecting authorized accounts, organizing assets and completing the first delivery cycle.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Offboarding
- The agreed end-of-service process for reconciling work, transferring materials and removing access.
Read the practical guide ↗ - MCP
- Model Context Protocol: a standard used to connect AI applications to tools and information. Kinuly exposes authorized workspace operations through its MCP integration.
Read the practical guide ↗ - Capacity planning
- Estimating the workload a team can reliably deliver. It includes production and coordination time as well as software allowances.
