How prepaid crypto subscriptions, payment issues and refund requests are handled.

01Before sending payment
Check the plan, exact amount, cryptocurrency, network, address and any required destination tag shown in Billing. Use a current quote. Do not send funds to multiple addresses for the same invoice. A payment that is pending, partial or under review does not automatically activate a subscription.
02Requesting a review
Email contact@kinuly.social with your workspace email, invoice reference, transaction hash and a description of the issue. Never send private keys, recovery phrases or passwords. We review duplicate payments, verified billing errors and cases where paid service could not be provided. A request is not an automatic approval.
03Unused time and renewals
Paid access covers a 30-day period. Once that period has started, unused days and remaining subscription time are non-refundable, including if you stop using Kinuly, close your account or cancel renewal. Cancelling renewal preserves access until the end of the paid period; it does not trigger a prorated refund. Unused time is not credited on an upgrade. This does not exclude mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights under applicable law, or a separately approved correction of a verified billing error.
04Crypto-specific limitations
Transfers on a blockchain cannot simply be reversed. A payment to the wrong network or address may be unrecoverable. For an approved refund, we verify the recipient and confirm the currency, amount and any lawful fee treatment before processing. Do not assume a refund will use the original exchange rate. No refund processing time is guaranteed before the case has been reviewed.
