Acceptable Use
Rules that keep creator accounts, content and the service safe.
Last updated October 1, 2026Draft for launch. Operator postal details and deployment-specific disclosures are being finalized. Operator information
01Use accounts with permission
Do not access, connect or publish to an account without the owner’s authorization. Do not impersonate people, steal credentials, bypass access controls or sell access to accounts you do not control.
02Respect people and content rights
Do not upload or publish illegal content, child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate material, threats, targeted harassment, fraudulent promotions or material that infringes copyright, privacy or publicity rights. Kinuly’s focus on creator agencies does not override Instagram’s restrictions on sexual content or any other content.
03Respect the platform and service
Follow Meta and Instagram rules, including supported uses of their official APIs. Do not use Kinuly for spam, deceptive engagement, malware, abuse of quotas, interference with other customers or attempts to evade platform restrictions. Do not probe other tenants’ data or exploit the service.
04Reports and enforcement
Report suspected abuse or security issues to contact@kinuly.social with enough detail to locate the content or account. Do not include unnecessary sensitive material. We may pause publishing, remove access or preserve relevant evidence where needed to investigate or meet legal obligations.
