How referrals, commissions and manual crypto withdrawals work on Kinuly.

01Joining
The program is operated by Kinuly LLC. You must be an adult with a verified Kinuly account and accept these terms before receiving a referral link. Joining does not create an employment relationship, partnership or authority to represent Kinuly.
02Attribution
Share the personal sign-up link shown in your Affiliates page. A new customer must create their account using that link. Attribution is recorded at sign-up, cannot be changed afterward and does not apply to an existing account. No affiliate tracking cookie is used. Leaving the sign-up flow or removing the referral code can prevent attribution. Referral codes are not discount codes.
03Commission calculation
The commission rate, holding period and whether payments are recurring are displayed in the dashboard. Those rules are saved for each customer at sign-up; changes apply to later referrals. Commissions are calculated on the USD subscription invoice amount that activates paid access, excluding extra crypto processing and network fees, rounded down to whole cents. A pending, partial, underpaid, duplicate or unverified payment does not earn a commission. Recurring referrals earn on each eligible paid invoice; first-payment referrals earn only on the first subscription invoice applied to their account. No earnings are guaranteed.
04Withdrawals
After the holding period, you may request the full available balance if it meets the current minimum. Only one request may be open at a time. Requests reserve that balance and require manual review. You can cancel before approval; an administrator can reject a request with a reason and release the reservation. Approval alone is not a transfer. An administrator sends funds separately and records the transaction hash when complete. There is no guaranteed review or payment deadline.
05Crypto destination
Withdrawals are paid in USDT on the supported network you select, at one USDT per USD of commission. Kinuly covers the sending network fee. You must control and verify the receiving address and network; use an address that does not require a memo or destination tag. Do not provide private keys. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible, USDT can deviate from USD in market value, and third-party wallets or exchanges may impose their own requirements. You are responsible for your applicable tax reporting.
06Reversals and abuse
Refunded invoices and fraudulent or ineligible referrals can have their commissions reversed, including after payout. A reversal may cause an open withdrawal to be rejected or create a negative balance offset against future commissions. Self-referrals, accounts you control, fabricated customers, spam, misleading promotions and attempts to evade attribution or payout controls are prohibited. We may suspend new referrals and withdrawals while reviewing suspected abuse. Contact contact@kinuly.social to dispute a decision.
07Promotion and privacy
Clearly disclose your commission relationship near your recommendations. Do not claim to be Kinuly, guarantee results or misrepresent the product. Refer customers only through lawful, permission-based promotion. We show you referral counts and commission references, not the referred customer's email, Instagram accounts or private billing details. We retain attribution, commission, payout and audit records to operate the program and address accounting, security and legal obligations.
08Changes and support
Program enrollment may be paused. Changes do not silently alter the rate and holding period already saved for an existing referral. Withdrawal minimums apply when a request is submitted.
